What You Can Do

With any chemical issue there is a multi-layer approach to healing. First you need to stop adding chemicals into the body or environment. Second you need to detox chemicals from the body and third you need to support the healing of the body.

Some medications can have a side effect of causing Ed. If you are taking any of the above medications then you need to go and speak with your Medical Doctor, to see if an alternative to the drug can be used. There are many natural treatments that work as effectively as drugs on many conditions that these medications are prescribed for – High blood pressure, high cholesterol, plaque formation and depression can be treated in a wholistic natural approach using nutritional supplements, diet, lifestyle changes and positive thinking. Considering that all drugs have an origin in the natural world, going back to nature to heal makes sense.

Starting a detox plan is essential to remove any chemical build up. You can start gently by cleaning up the diet, removing all chemicals from body and environment, taking natural supplements to help heal the body, increasing exercise and adding a fasting regime to your daily practise. The body needs to come back to homeostasis (Balance) to start any healing. By also doing heavy metal and liver cleanses you will help body heal faster.
