What You Can Do

When we consider the physical body, we must keep in mind the resilience of this miracle we drive around and take for granted day after day. Most of our physical challenges occur due to bad habits and behaviours over extended periods of time. So, it will take time to reverse these things. Unless of course if you use fasting to rebalance and reset the body. Fasting is quick and dramatic in its reversal of many long-term chronic conditions, however a word of caution. Because fasting is quick and dramatic it is also powerful and without proper preparation and consultation fasting can be harmful if not done well.

Naturally smoking, alcohol and drug abuse interfere with the male anatomies ability to get and maintain an erection. Smoking will rob the body of oxygen and clog arteries; alcohol will affect the liver and hormones.

The main action of alcohol is it increases angiotensin a protein that stimulates aldosterone that in turn increases blood pressure. Marijuana, whilst not as bad as what people claim does in fact lower oxygen levels and nitric oxide levels. So, it is best to remove these as much as possible, yet if this is not desirable then exercise is the best option.

Diabetes type 2 has been shown to reduce or even go into remission when a low carb diet combined with a low-calorie diet is used. Simply google Diabetes type 2 diet and follow the links.

The key here is ‘Don’t Rush It’. Remember it’s not the exercise regime that’s important it the change in behaviour that is key. Maintain a gentle exercise regime for at least four weeks and it becomes habit. It is the creation of the desire to exercise and not the exercise that will change your life.

A good vitamin and nutrient supplementation are also vital. All too often we eat the wrong foods. Worse we try and eat healthily only to find these healthy foods a in themselves nutrient deficient as they are grown in poor soils.
