If a product isn’t right for you, our Refund Policy ensures a fair and transparent process for returns, refunds, or exchanges. This policy applies to purchases made directly on our website for customers in New Zealand (NZ), Australia (AU), and international markets, with shipping fulfilled by our NZ-based agency (2–5 days for NZ, 5–7 days for AU). Our Keep-It Money Back Guarantee offers a one-time, no-return refund for first-time dissatisfaction on eligible products—email us with your order number and why it didn’t work (your feedback helps us improve and ensures eligibility). This is separate from standard returns below.

Eligible Products
This policy covers the following products:
- Liquid Extracts (100ml): Lean, Mood, Rise Up, Titan, Turbo.
- Supplements: Apex-Alpha, Apex-Pulse, Apex-Turbo.
- Other Products: Goo, Golden Showers Soap.
- Bundle-multipacks: Viking 2-Pack, Rocket Launcher 3-Pack, Black Ops 3-Pack, Gladiator 4-Pack, Ancient Wisdom 5-Pack.

Return Eligibility
- General Returns:
- NZ and AU Customers: You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as required by the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act and Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Opened products are eligible for returns only if defective or not as described (see Section 4).
- International Customers: You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery, or as required by local law (e.g., EU’s 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales). Opened products are eligible only for defective or misdescribed items.
- Subscription Returns:
- Individual subscription items follow the same return rules as non-subscription purchases.
- To cancel a subscription, see our Subscription Cancellation Policy. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no refunds for the current cycle.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Contact us within this period to qualify for a refund or exchange. Returns outside this period may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
- Condition: Unopened products must be in original packaging. Opened products are accepted only for defective or misdescribed items, subject to inspection. High-value orders (e.g., >$150 or bundles like Viking 2-Pack) may require quick email verification for security before processing.

Defective or Incorrect Products
- If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described (e.g., wrong item, missing components), contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement, repair, or refund, as required by:
- NZ Consumer Guarantees Act: Guarantees acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and accurate description.
- Australian Consumer Law: Guarantees acceptable quality and fitness for purpose.
- EU Consumer Rights Directive: Right to return defective items.
- For health products (e.g., Liquid Extracts, Supplements, Goo, Golden Showers Soap), we may require proof of defect (e.g., photos, batch number) to ensure safety and compliance.

Return Process and LINK TO REQUIRED REFUND FORM
- Submit a Request: Complete our Refund Request Form refund-form or contact enquiries@getagripmen.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return (e.g., defective, not satisfied, incorrect item). Provide feedback to help us improve.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2–3 business days. Do not return products without authorization.
- Return the Product: Ship the product to our NZ fulfillment agency (address provided upon authorization). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection and Processing: We’ll inspect returned items within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds or replacements are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Store credit may be offered for ineligible returns.

Non-Refundable Items and Costs
- Opened Products: Non-defective opened products (e.g., partially used Liquid Extracts, Supplements, Goo, Soap) are not eligible for refunds, except where required by law.
- Initial Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products.
- Bundle-multipacks: If returning a bundle-multipack, all included products must be unopened and returned together, unless defective.
- Store Credit: Issued at our discretion for returns outside 14 days or for opened products, valid for 12 months.

Subscription Refunds
- Subscription orders follow the same return rules as non-subscription orders for individual items.
- Refunds for subscription orders apply only to unshipped products. No refunds are issued for the current billing cycle after shipment.
- To cancel a subscription, see our Subscription Cancellation Policy. Discounts adjust based on subscription changes (e.g., 15% for 2 or more eligible products reduces to 10% for single products). Subscriptions are eligible for the Keep-It Guarantee on the first order only.
