Shipping Details

Shipping costs are based on your order’s total weight and destination, with no hidden fees—we cover extras like customs charges. Multiple items (e.g., 3–4 products) may ship at the same rate if within the same weight tier. Rates are subject to change due to carrier adjustments or special circumstances, and we’ll notify you if additional charges apply for multi-package orders or unique cases. High-value orders (e.g., >$150 or bundles like Viking 2-Pack) may require quick email verification for security before shipping.

  • Local Town (25kg / 0.125m³ max): $6.38

  • Inter-Island Economy (3kg / 0.015m³ max): $11.70 + $2.54 per additional kg

Australia & International Shipping

  • Australia: $11–$27.50 (e.g., $11 for 0–0.5kg, $22 for 0.5–1kg)
  • International: $22–$55 (e.g., $22 for 0–0.5kg, $33 for 0.5–1kg, adjusted for US/EU)

Delivery Times

  • New Zealand: 2–5 business days after processing
  • Australia: 5–7 business days after processing
