This policy outlines how subscriptions work, including discounts, billing, and cancellation, reflecting our Fiji-inspired commitment to your satisfaction. Subscription Details

Subscriptions (e.g., monthly delivery of Liquid Extracts, Supplements, Goo, Soap, or Bundle-multipacks) auto-renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed via your chosen method on the renewal date. High-value subscriptions (e.g., >$150 or bundles) may require quick email verification for security before first billing.

Discounts

• 10% discount for single product subscriptions
• 10% discount for 2 or more eligible products (Liquid Extracts, Supplements, Goo)
• 15% discount for 2 or more eligible products with subscription
• 5% further discount for bundle-multipack subscriptions
• Golden Showers Soap is eligible for a 10% subscription discount only

Cancellation and Modification

• How to Cancel: Log into your account at getagripmen.com, navigate to “My Subscriptions,” and select “Cancel Subscription.” Alternatively, email subscriptions@getagripmen.com with your full name and subscription ID.
• Timing: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid charges.
• Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued for the active period.
• Modifications: Changes (e.g., reducing from 2 products to 1) adjust discounts in the next billing cycle (e.g., 15% to 10% for single products). No refunds for current cycle.

Refunds

• If cancelled within 14 days of your first subscription payment (cooling-off period), you’ll receive a full refund, provided no products have been shipped.
• After 14 days or if products are shipped, refunds are not available except at our discretion for exceptional circumstances. Subscriptions are eligible for our Keep-It Money Back Guarantee on the first order only—see Refund Policy.

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with NZ, AU, and EU consumer laws, including rights to cancel within cooling-off periods where applicable. Disputes should be directed to enquiries@getagripmen.com.
